I just got done with my yearly watch. I've lived in the suburbs my whole life but it's an old part of town. I'm glad I've never lived in a subdivision full of these kind of nosy neighbors that know all your business plus I'd hate having to deal with HoAs.

shareTrue. Now I live on an acre in a more rural neighborhood. Quiet, wooded and peaceful until the people next door decided to turn their place into a car repair garage or something. Ugly and loud..they are bringing down everyone's property values. So with all its warts, sometimes an HOA can come in handy.
