The ending would be even better if... (SPOILERS)

The first time i saw Caché I didn't see Pierrot of Majid's son. It was obvious the second time and I'm not sure how i missed it.

I think the ending would be even better if this happened. I was waiting for Pierrot to leave school, but when I didn't see him it left my with a horrible feeling inside. It was just as ambiguous but much more sinister.

I know I'm not the only person who missed it. Does anyone else think this would have been even better? You would also have to think more about the conversation Pierrot had with Anne.

I'm glad I just saw your post as I just finished watching this movie too and didn't notice that either. I'm just going to re-watch the ending now.
