Seems odd to me that the hitmen would know where Justin would be where he was eventually killed. Who would have told them that he was where he was? After all, according to the pilot there was nothing there but crocodiles.
shareI thought while he was still on the plane, he asked the pilot to radio a message to someone. I assumed that he actually set himself to be found very easily.

He told Justin that he'd be asked where Justin would be going and asked "What should I tell him?". Justin replied to the effect of, "He'll know. He's been there already."
