Some of the sound effects on this show are over used.

This is rather nit-picky, and I'm probably the only one noticing this, but there's a couple of sound effects on this show, used for dramatic effect, that I think need to go away...as they've been over used since around Season 12 or so.

One sounds like distant bells or kind of like a phone ringing and there's another that sounds like the transporter from Star Trek...more specifically the original Star Trek movies.

Now I just saw Fatal Delivery from the latest season (very well directed and produced I might add) and it had none of these sound effects. So that's a step in the right direction.

It doesn't bother me. I too just saw a Fatal Delivery. That was intense. I thought if this guy makes it, he should be given the highest award of the land. It's bizarre cause when the emergency first started, the controllers wanted him to land at an airport just 10 mins away but chose to go the extra 20+ mins to Dubai. Fire is not something you want to take a chance at. I'm surprise that the investigator didn't talk about the captains choice to go to Dubal during the investigative part of the show.

Some of the angles are never (really) explored, for what seems like there had been glaring omissions in the (original) investigations... Which they don't seem too eager to explore.

From everything I've seen, the show reports - it doesn't investigate. This isn't a criticism, just a statement.
