Help me find the name of a romantic movie

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to ask u about the name of a movie I saw when I was a kid.

It was a romantic movie, about a boy and a girl.
in real life the 2 knew each other but they were just friends.
Then the boy bought a motorcycle and learned how to drive it and soon he got closer to the girl but he never revealed his helmet when they were together.
He was really good with his motorbike and soon got popular and the other boys with motorbikes tried to catch him but they couldn't.

I hope someone remembers the name :)
