I thought maybe there some cartoons in the background, but the Incredible Hulk in Hitch's ear? Did that happen?

These characters have appeared in either TV series, film, video game or short from various studios and game companies. Also, they support and help Hitch throughout the film. They are first seen as ice cream bars on an ice cream truck. When they see Hitch, they decide to support him and turn into their original selves. Then they run up Hitch's arm and into Hitch's ear, but the Incredible Hulk gets stuck in Hitch's ear. He manages to squeeze into Hitch's ear, but when he gets in, he makes such a big crash that stars and birds orbit Hitch's head.
