On my list of romantic movies alpha males can enjoy

I'm more of a romantic myself, but I think this movie is one even alpha males can enjoy. What are some other good "chick flicks" for guys? Here's my list, what would you add?

I'm not an 'alpha' or a guy for that matter but from what I've seen of the 'alpha' pua attitude I don't think Sweet Home Alabama would be all that enjoyable for them; Dude spent his entire adult life pining after Reese Witherspoon's character, not very 'alpha'.

Same goes for Hitch tbh. Some PUAs obviously plumb it for tips but seeing as the titular character himself said "Hit it and Quit it is not my thing" I don't think it's all that appealing for them either, conflicts with the ideology.

Generally speaking, people that describe themselves as an "alpha male", are seeking to compensate for their insecurities.

Good call on Crazy Stupid Love....very watchable for a guy.

Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?

Return to Me is great...I cannot resist watching at least 20-30 minutes of it whenever I see it is playing on cable.

As mentioned by another responder, Crazy Stupid Love was funny, clever, bittersweet, a little raunchy, but altogether great casting and surprisingly good.

Another one that surprised me and was better than I thought it would be going in, was Four Christmases.

And because Reese Witherspoon is in lots of them, another one that was somewhat corny but also pretty good from this guy's perspective, was Just Like Heaven.

Along the heaven theme, Heaven Can Wait (Beatty's version) is another great fantasy/romantic comedy that is guy-friendly. What guy wouldn't like to be a billionaire who buys an NFL team so he could be the quarterback?

Sticking with the fantasy/romance theme, Mr Destiny is not torture for guys, particularly when you have a meatball like Jim Belushi as the lead.

And bringing it full circle with Belushi, About Last Night is a solid rom-com that guys and girls alike seem to enjoy.

OHMYGOD THE PRINCESS BRIDE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES!!! And I guess I'd fall into the category of alpha male...I don't know for sure, but some of my favorites are 300, Batman movies, Bond movies. But the Princess Bride is a wonderful movie. I love it so much
