Yep, Hitch was shallow enough to throw a dog in front of a car (kinda), mouth off a boss, manipulate and lie, it is obvious this is something else he was capable of doing. He had "Chip", probably named something more like William, accept $300 to go make an $*) of himself so he could flow in to the rescue of a trapped lady. I've done similar things. If you know the dynamics, you can use a lot of tricks. You don't need to spend $300 just to get a guy to do a bad approach. Just stand around for 5 minutes, and some idiot will come along with a lame line.
