How many episodes are there total?
I'm being confused by the use of the word series. I believe, to an American (that's me) that it means season, perhaps. Does it mean the year something was broadcast?
So, how many episodes to a series of Monkey Dust?

Yeah, you're right "Season" in US TV Britsh people usually call "Series" instead.
Monkey Dust had three series/seasons, with 6 episodes in each making 18 in total.

Only Series one is currently commercially available on DVD, no news on when or if 2 or 3 will be coming out.

Hey, no problem. I'm in the same situation, recently got a hold of the DVD and now want to see the rest of the series. I found some series 2 & 3 sketches on youtube, including some about British Asian terrorists (a sketch which aired six months before some Asian men really did kill 50-odd people in a London suicide bombing) and, perhaps the show's greatest ever invention, The P(a)edofinder General.

You two do realize you can just torrent (Download) the series for free?
Go to www.torrentspy.com and search monkey dust download them and its not illegal either as theirs no chance of them being released on DVD as the controversial suicide bombers and the music will not be able to make it to DVD. GO for it! I have and I love every minute of monkey dust.
