Well, the second and third series were never released as the BBC stated it was out of respect for Harry Thompson's death.
So i'd recommend getting both series off a bittorrent site. a good website to do this from is UKnova.

I've read a couple of reasons why Series 2 + 3 won't be released, it comes to a few points.

1 - it's harder to clear music tracks on dvd releases. they had problems.
2 - it's not worth the BBC's money as they don't get a return on it.

I think the main reason was the paedophilia and terrorism sketches. BBC were under pressure to not release it and so they didn't. Plus that Jean Charles de Menezes murder and 7/7 happened around the time of broadcast, so they were barely just getting away with that. The creators released it via torrents.

Harry Thompson is a genius for producing this. Even if he was living BBC probably would never have commissioned another series.
