ok worked out the whole plot within the first 20 mins,the film wasnt great,but it wasnt that bad........ questions
1.whos on the kids drawing at the end?
2.why do they show flour all over her hands?
ps ,surely if it was the guy/woman they did it because they wanted the child ,not out of jealousy.
Sarah is on the kid's drawing. The dough/flour is on her hands and the camera zooms in on that to show that she has the strength to be the killer. Anyone who has ever baked bread knows that kneading dough eventually gives you quite a lot of strength in your hands and arms - it's pretty hard work.
In the end it is a subtle clue (for you non-bakers), but the director is counting on the last flashback and the look in Sarah's eyes to seal the deal: she is the murderer.
