Just read this morning that it's just been sold to US distributors, Tartan Films (for theatrical release).

I've been looking for this film since I discovered Matthew Macfadyen in MI-5. Searched all over the internet for any info on this film being available for purchase here in the USA. Have you heard if it's going to be a theatrical release or a DVD release for purchase? I just went to see Matthew in Pride & Prejudice...fabulous performance. This is another "Brit" who is going to have lots of Buzz in Hollywood and rightly so. He's a fabulous actor.

On a different thread someone said May 2006 at the earliest. I hope it is available earlier though.
