Does anyone know who the painting is by that hangs in the Den??

I can't remember off the top of my head, but if you listen to the Director's commentry, McGann says who it is.

If you're not achieving what you want, is it because you're too lazy or too scared?

The painting is 'Hope' by George Frederick Watts.
