There was a scene where the wife of Paul's brother found photos of Celia. Was there something going on between her husband and Celia? And if not who took the pictures and how was the whole thing connected to the story?
All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain.
Andrew took them with the camera he got from Paul. When Paul´s brother caught him with them he took them and said "You disgust me" and "If you think you´ll ever se these again, you´re wrong". The strong words are of course a result of the fact that Andrew has (unknowingly) a cross on his own aunt...
Johnathan took the photos. Andrew took them away because he already knew that Celia was Jonathan's aunt (having gone to the reading of the will)and its sort of insecteral. Penny (Andrew's wife) thought Andrew took them and say it was 'cheating' in a way hence her murdering Celia when she went into the house.
I think that Andrew wasn't lying when he said that a third went to charity, but he lied by omission by not telling Paul the purpose of the charity.
In his confession to Paul, Andrew says that Celia would have inherited her third of the inheritance when she turned eighteen. To accomplish this, their father would have established a trust to hold the money on her behalf until she was eighteen. This trust would have charitable status, and so would be the "charity" that Andrew referred to when he spoke to Paul on the day the will was read.
another point could be that he sees celia as a charity case, his opinion of her is not high. even less so after the reading of the will because he was expecting to get 2/3rds for himself, he needed that money to save his failing osritch farm, so hes pissed off.
