regarding the birth certificate- spoiler

After Paul shows Jax the baby pix of celia at her butcher shop,
he goes to the office of records to see the birth certificate,
then later- when Paul goes to Jax house to confront Gareth after he beat Celia up-
after Gareth kicks Pauls ass and hauls him out the front door, Paul says to Jax-
"you changed the birth certificate, when were you going to tell her about that"
how did she change it? that's what i'm confused about.

the back of the pix said 2-27-87 and the piece of paper he looks at at the office of records says 2/27/87
although at the bottom it had a red "reissue" stamp on it.

can anyone tell me how Jax changed Celia birth certificate?

Jax changed the father's name on the birth certificate from Paul's father to Ben Steimer so nobody would know Celia's true paternity.
