From the eps I saw I would say from "who can be tied to a goat the longest" and he saw Kenny tied to a dead and skinned goat.... He threatened to quit the whole show.

He was more upset in that episode, not really angry.
I would have to say Who Is Funnier episode contains the most Spenny anger.
That and the Biggest Balls one when he threatened to jump off a cliff. But I'd have to go with Who Is Funnier more.
