This show was obviously real

You don't need to ask the producers if the show is real or not. It is in fact obvious that it's real. This is based on Kenny's, Spenny's and the crew's reactions to the different situations on the show.

It's not about being smart. It's about having the ability to see the diffrence between acting and an actual genuine reaction. Some people just can't see it and I don't know why.

Sure there are many things that seem weird.
The continuity, for example, is one of the things that might make it seem fishy.
Note that they have many, many hours of material for just one episode. One example of this is in the "Who can stay nude the longest" episode. In one scene, for a brief moment, you can see that Spenny is suddenly wearing some sort of underwear. Then right after, he is nude again. This is because Kenny thought it would be okay to wear an "umbrella outfit" and so Spenny decided to cheat in his own way. They just couldn't fit that in so they cut it out. Just one of several examples...

It is also true that in the later episodes, the rules seem to become less important to Spenny. He does in fact care much less about the competitions than he used to. For me, this just makes it seem so much more real. The fact that he's done so many seasons, been through so much, makes it obvious that he's given up on most of his "moral laws". He has finally learned what the main audience actually wants and decides to go with the flow. Yes, this does make the show a bit more dull, and now the show has ended for good. But it always was real IMO.

I agree. I think they play it up for the shows sake, but it is real. You can tell they have a brotherly love. It seems more obvious as the show goes on that Kenny loves the show and the attention it brings him, and he loves messing with Spenny. For Spenny it seems like the fun wore off, but he does it as a vehical do other things in the future.

Tough times don't last. Tough people do.
