In Season 6, episode 4 "Who can get farther with the other guys mom", Kenny said that, for legal reasons, he couldn't say how far he got with Spenny's mom. But he won, which means something definitely happened. Does anyone know how far he got with her? All they showed in the episode was him helping her to bed, then turning the lights off.

This show is a reality-TV-Entertainment-Show. Like all other reality TV shows, it's written, directed, staged, to say it in one word: FAKED.
NOTHING that is happening on this show is spontaneous or incidentally, they both are acting. If u still believe its for real, u have to wake up.
But the show is nevertheless extremely funny and I like to watch it. I actually like to pretend it's real, because it's more fun.
Before u now do a rage-respond and say:"U're full of *beep* and it's not true, it's totally real" just think about it.. and maybe watch some episodes and ask yourself:Is it real?

But have you ever seen some of the other things Spenny has done after KvS? Like "Confessions of a Porn Addict" or "Single White spenny"? He's the worlds worst actor! And you would at leats think that he would TRY to act as good as possible for a full-lenght movie, not act as *beep* as possibly just so that KvsS fans would be able to use it as evidence to confirm the show's authenticity (is I am now). x)
Think about, if the show were fake he would be the worlds greatest actor. Specially if you look at all the outtakes, interviews and so and, and so on. But that said, I'm far from 100% sure but as of now I at least think the show is more real than fake.

shareYou're just speculating. Obviously with several days' worth of footage (even a week in some case) per episode, it is very heavily edited, but I have never seen any proof or admission that the show is "fake" i.e. fully acted and scripted.
Of course Kenny and to a lesser degree Spenny are both planning and plotting, but once again, that's different than both of them sitting down together and writing out the events and dialog of an episode and then performing them.
