Well, even though it's pretty much scripted, the time they competed to see who could get the most sex and the girl who gave Spenny all kinds of oral effection turned out to be a trannie hired by Kenny. Ew.

I can't believe no one mentioned when he gave Spenny LSD... It's one thing to take it by choice, it's another if you end up jumping off a roof because someone dosed you.

In Season 3 episode who can produce more semen? Kenny puts a dentist x-ray machine beside spenny's bed whether he used it (i doubt it.) Spenny was still sick with flu like symptoms and stayed sick the entire episode. Spenny ate a steak left in the refridgerator which Kenny tampered with earlier on. Kenny making Spenny man a jet plane and have to experience G forces often not experienced by humans. the fact that Spenny was scared but agreed to the humilation and Spenny had a weak stomach made it mean.
