Most of the time they were so gross I just could not bear to watch.

Some of them are unbearably gross though

The piñata wasnt a humiliation it was part of the who can handle more torture episode.
The worst humiliation probably was when spenny got puked on by the whole crew. Or bobbys pubic hair on a cracker.

One that was also gross but amazingly funny was "the human bidet". The puke thing was too much, though. That's just sick and not funny.

When Kenny and Spenny came through my town to do a talk, they showed a number of clips of humiliations that were TOO GROSS to show on TV. I gagged so much and almost vomited in the theater.

The tongue scrapping was the worst for me

Only two humiliations grossed me out: Kenny scraping his tongue and having Spenny eat it and Kenny licking the bird poop off the windshield of the production van. I had to look away.
