Character's Names

I never saw this movie, but i was just browsing some of the charaters names on the cast list and a few caught my eye:


-Jack Shepard: isn't that Matthew Fox's character's name on the TV show LOST?

-Halloway - yeah another LOST connection, Sawyer, played by Josh Halloway

-And Chevy Chase's character, Dr. Grant. I keep thinking of Sam Neil whom played in Jurassic Park (Possible LOST connection through "6 degrees": Sam Neil was in Jurassic Park with Samuel L Jackson, whom was in Star Wars with Christopher Lee, whom was in LOTR with Dominic Monaghan, whom plays Charlie in LOST)


I know I really shouldn't be commenting on a movie I never saw, but as i said, it just caught my eye, thats all :-)
