Seeing as the whole concept of the film is about a huge prank, what's the biggest one you have ever pulled on a "buddy" of yours?

I got my friend to see "the ring". Then I downloaded the "evil video" from the ring off of the net, put it on tape using iMovie, and gave it to him to watch (he thought it was a tape full of Simpsons episodes). I stood outside his window when he watched it, and after it was over I gave him the phonecall that always follows the video. Then a week later I snuck into his house with my little sister dressed as Samara, and scared the crap out'a him. It was so great, until his parents came in and got real pissed off. It was still priceless though ^_^
