Yeah, that's why Anime is such a huge multi-billion dollar a year industry cuz it sucks.
That's why Anime films like Akira, Ghost in the Shell, and yes Macross are all critically acclaimed and have won multiple awards.
That's why US film makers like to rip off Anime and Manga to create movies like the Matrix, Michael Bay's live action Transformers (which does suck ginormous King Kong balls), Sucker Punch and others.
