I realize this is simply a cartoon and they're aren't real but the way they were acting towards the waiter, asking for something new, the snobby 'above you all' looks on their faces, etc. etc. UGH. If I ever meet people like that in real life, I'mma slap them across their faces.

shareThat's a saying that has been completely warped into something awful. Costumers think that means they can mistreat and talk down to people who work in costumer service and then hide behind the 'costumer is always right' *beep* and think it's all okay. Hardly anyone even knows what that really means anyways.
shareIt wasn't McDonald's, it was a restaurant. The expectations of the customer are completely different.
shareExpectations are one thing. How you ask for something and talk to someone is something else entirely. "What else do you have?" in that condescending tone and that condescending look on his face. Ugh. I've worked in costumer service and what it's taught me is that anyone from any walk of life will take advantage of the fact that you are the server and they are in the position to talk down to you to any degree. They love the feeling of superiority they feel over you and thus treat you like you're beneath them to feel better about themselves.
