Are there 2 endings released in the theatre?

I watched it on TV & it was the ending that she drew the 2 heads on her self before going to school.
Dont u think they made Charlie seem like a ghost? A few things dont make sense.

Yes. There are different endings and depending the theatre, TV broadcasting or DVD release you have a different one as the theatrical one. You can see all of them and some deleted scenes in the link below.

They said in the commentary there was a different ending in some theaters.
The 2 heads she drew was to symbolize that all was not well with her. They said they wanted to give her a happy ending but they also wanted to say that there was no way she could go through all of that and come out completely healthy.
