Ending--Spoilers

Okay, I'm all for the ending with the two-headed drawing meaning that Emily has a split personality like her dad. But couldn't it also mean that Emily, like her dad, is "two-faced?" If the reason that we're able to see Charlie and her father acting differently in the same situation (talking with someone at the door at the same time as Charlie is doing something) is that he's an unreliable narrator telling us what he wants us to believe, then how do we know that the daughter is any more of a reliable narrator? If she, too, has DID, then maybe she is also misleading the audience--or maybe she has done so all along.

it probably explains why she did not ask her father for help
