Question - contains SPOILER
Hi all, in the flashbacks near the end, we see that Charlie crushed the Monarch butterfly that Dakota Fanning followed into the cave at the beginning of the movie. It was crushed in his hand and he held it out to "Dakota." If that was her first impression of "Charlie," why would she have liked him so much and thought he was fun? She had been captivated by the butterfly. Wouldn't that have been an off-putting "introduction"?
