I never heard of this movie until I came across an online article on Monarch Mind Control or Monarch Programming. Monarch mind control seems like "they" terrify and torture you to break you mind, body and spirit. Then they rebuild you into a "Manchurian Candidate". Look it up and see how it pertains to this movie.
