My sister claims that the photo of the neighbors' daughter who had cancer in the movie is really a photo of Dakota Fanning. Can anyone prove or disprove this?

shareI didn't see that part because I was busy doing other things while I cleaned, but Dakota Fanning has a sister. If it wasn't a photo of herself, it could have been one of her sister. It would make sense to do that, so it would look kind of like Emily but not to unrealistic measures. Not really sure what the picture looked like though, just throwing it out there as a possibility
shareYes, it was a picture of Dakota. It is said in the DVD commentary. It was digitally edited of course to make Dakota look sick.
