So, come on, someone has to know what REALLY happened and why Niecy Nash is no longer on the show? Did she get fired? If so, what for? Did she just "move on"? What's the real story behind it all?
The new gal looks much nicer and easier on the eyes the Niecy. Niecy was horrible looking and SOOO annoying!! (just my opinion)

How can you say anything nasty about Niecy ?? She is fantastic. I suspect that she wanted to move on, after getting publicity for being on "Dancing with the Stars." Tempest Bledsoe is great, but she is no Niecy.

Seriously, have you watched the program? It's the exact same thing every single time. I got into it at first because I have an affinity for both interior design and space organization (neither of which, I would say, CH does a good job of explaining), but I fairly quickly lost interest because there was absolutely no variation.
Now imagine doing that same thing over and over for the better part of a decade - how fulfilling could that possibly be? Besides, she had other prospects.
But no, I can't imagine her getting fired. I would think her leaving lowered their ratings significantly.

Glad she is gone. She was so annoying. And thank heavens we don't have to hear "git to gittin" anymore. If you think you are a big star and role model at least use proper English. Set an example.

Niecy may have been over the top,but that's what elevated this show from the mundane to something special.Now it's just another home improvement show.
Nash was TERRIBLE. She was so over the top and her voice overs were so loud. All she ever said was "Oh no u didint!!!!" This isn't BET.
Now don't get me wrong, this show is like a cleaning show for people with ADD. It has all those terrible one-liners and fake acting. I'd be much more interested if there took all that crap out and just focused on the yard sale and the designing.
In any regard, I couldn't watch it when she was the host. Now I can sortof tolerate it.

Tempest Bledsoe's only real claim to fame is The Cosby Show. She hosted a failed talk show, and hasn't really done much of anything else. She's on Clean House because she needs the work.
