I first saw it on Lifetime, but I don't remember whether or not it was during that special. I'm glad it's available on DVD because this movie really 'speaks' to me.

Same with me. I first saw it on Lifetime, but I only caught the ending, and I didn't actually realise it was for Speak. Then, years later, I went through a terribly rough time and was able to remember the film, connect it to the book, and find it online. It was an actual life-saver. I wish more people knew about it.
