Some people think there is. Such people are morons.

You can certainly paint a scenario where a rape victim behaves in an unwise fashion, or you could even imagine a scenario where they might even be considered to have invited or provoked their assault - just as happens with other forms of assault. The rapist/attacker remains responsible for their actions, however.

Imagine, if we were talking about a man punching a woman half his size in the face, instead of having sex with her. How much discussion would people be willing to even consider about the possibility of the woman being to blame?

Of course, a woman might easily insult, abuse or verbally antagonise a man into punching her - but she could only then be 'to blame' if you consider punching somebody to be a fair and reasonable response... and it would still be assault.

If I punch somebody, or forcibly have sex with them, my actions are my responsibility, regardless of any provocation - real or imagined.

Of course not. All it take is the slightest humanity to realise that the victim should not be held accountable for crimes inflicted upon them. Would you ever say a murder victim is to be blamed for being killed? It's the same with being raped. Only heartless morons would say a rape victim is to to blame.

It mostly happens with child molesters. Some parents actually blame the children for what happened, that is dreadful, the worst thing you can do. But if your parents are loving and understanding and all, they'll know it wasn't the child's fault they were or were almost raped, touched or any situation with a child molester.

When a guy gets raped. He's blamed every time it seems.

I don't believe a woman ever is to blame for being raped. That is the perpetrator's fault.
But I do believe a woman can invite trouble for herself in certain ways.
Going off alone to his place with a man you don't know for example.
Its not inviting rape, but its flirting with danger and the best way to avoid getting attacked is to take as many precautions as you can.

No. As far as I'm concerned, you could walk down the street naked and no one would be justified in raping you. Prostitutes can be raped even if they have multiple partners and get paid for it on a regular basis. No one ever has the right to have sex with another person once they've said or demonstrated that they don't want to, and this includes incredibly wasted people, or people who have passed out. Common sense should be enough, but sadly it's not!
