How the hell do you turn the subtitles on in the DVD? In the "audio" section it says "closed captioned for the hearing-impaired" but you can only choose the sound type (Dolby 5.1, etc.) I don't see any options for closed captioning!

Good point. There is no way to select that option on the DVD that I can see. And when I click the "subtitle" button on my DVD/Blu-ray player remote while I play the movie, it shows no subtitles available.
But, interestingly, if I play the DVD on my computer using VLC Media Player, I can turn subtitles on, and they do work.
It must have been a flaw in the authoring process for the DVD.
