Did anyone else think...

It was wrong to kill him. He had bonded with the child and was raising her. He was definitely out of the game.

Yeah he was an alright father...AFTER he tried to kill Bea. She was out for revenge and her being an assassin we see that she isn't gonna back down from that. Also imagine the daughter finding out oh your father killed your real father and tried to kill me. So no. He gets no sympathy points.

One correction: it was, in fact, Bill's baby according to Bea.

reply

Was it?? Ok. It's been years since I've seen this 😄

It's in the first scene of the first movie before the credits roll. :D

"Bill, it's your baby..." *BANG!*

Bill was the biological father. My theory is he was also retired from the criminal life and didn't want to be found easily which is why he lived so far off the grid with BB.

I don't think it was wrong to kill him necessarily, but I do think that the BB's presence and the fact that Bill was kinda sweet with her made the death more "complication", if that makes sense.

Beatrix, upon finding she actually has a family, finds herself confronted with the option of making a go of family life. But it would always be playing pretend. She would be Superman being Clark Kent. She knows that her only real family is BB and if she wants to protect it, she has to pull out the venom from inside. She has to kill...well...you know.
