I saw the director commentating and he said that the main actors in the movie are heroes. If they are heroes-what means villain in movies ? Thanks.
He shouldn't have used the word "hero" because those characters were criminals and killers. He should have used the word "protagonist," which has a different meaning. See www.dictionary.com. "Protagonist" just means "leading character" without addressing whether they're good or evil.
