Is Lady Justice supposed to be real?

Maybe I'm wrong here, but Lady Justice (at least the upper human looking part) looks like a real person covered in gold paint - kind of like a street performer. Is that supposed to be obvious? Or is it supposed to look like an animatronic thing?

Or is it actually animatronics? I'm not entirely sure it really is a real woman up there. And thus I'm not sure, if so, if Chase is supposed to think it's a robot thing and then eventually reveal herself to be real later in the show, possibly in the finale.

Anyone?

I'm pretty sure it's Animatronic.

They wouldn't risk somebody getting injured by being that high up like that.
And if it was a person, it's just another person that could possibly mess up the show.

If something goes wrong with it, it can just be plained on Animatronic failure.
It would be much harder to go on, if the "person" who was there for EACH Elimination was injured.

Ha, it's hilarious that you just answered me because 5 minutes later they just showed Lady Justice moving around, so she's obviously a real person. Seriously, I wasn't sure at all. But, yep, she's a real person. And I think it's not supposed to be unknown to Chase.

I only saw the very end of her moving.

I guess it's just 1 more thing to screw with Chase. :D

Ha, I don't know. Do you think it's supposed to look like a robot to him? Or is he assumed to recognize it as a real person?

The former is a risk, like you said. But the latter is also a risk right out of the gate since it's so whacky he may think the whole thing is way too ridiculous to be real.

I think it is supposed to look like a robot, and they will use it to keep messing with Chase.

Yeah, the real picture of lady Justice holds the scales and a sword so I was wondering what the heck she was holding in the other hand. At first I thought it was a cell phone, then I paused it and its a golden stun gun :)

Haha, I realized the same thing last night when rewatching the last episode. I said to someone watching with me "Taser in one hand, scales of justice in the other!"

That's what I was thinking when I was wondering if it was a real person. The scales must be made of paper, at the very least. Because holding your arm out that long even with nothing in them is tiring.

He has to be in on it being a real person. There's no way she could hold her arm out during that whole voting thing. Did you notice they never show the statue for more than a couple of seconds?
