Reality TV???
If its known at the onset of the show that the entire show is a hoax? Then what is the POINT to this individual concept of "Entertainment?"
I'm not sure I understand your question. The main point of almost any television show is to provide ratings for its network. The secondary point would be to keep us amused and entertained. The third point is to create a fake reality show experiment and see how far they can push the hoax while still keeping the chosen "schmo" fooled.

shareThat is your opinion. There are plenty of shows that I think suck, but others seem to like them. I just don't watch, I don't complain about them being on tv. Granted, there are way to many *beep* shows out there, and the problem is that the tv execs see that a lot of people watch that crap, so they continue to put out even more crap...
