I really loved the first two seasons, but the third one leaves me wanting, mainly because I just cannot get myself to like this season's Schmo (they can call him "such a great guy" all they like, but he did taser that girl after all). Besides, all they focus on this time is the "will he find out" angle, which is kind of boring after the tenth time.
What do you think? Is the new season on par with the old ones?
I think Chase is a good guy, but agree that this season is by far the worst of the three. I still like it, but I loved season 1 and 2. The actors just aren't as good or as talented. They get really awkward anytime something goes wrong. I think Randy's funny, but he's no Hutch!
sharei like it but i think theyve pushed it too far too fast, if chase doesnt know now that this entire thing is beyond fishy hes a total rube. im still watching hoping for an encore of mr wentworth

I agree. i think it's a bit boring because there is only one... The girl in Season 2 was fantastic, beautiful and smart. This show feels too small and the jokes aren't all that great. The first couple of episodes were funny, but the writing isn't good anymore.
shareIt seems like the actors aren't as good at being constantly in character this time around. I like the Schmo and I believe that he's a good guy, but he just doesn't have that entertaining quality the other four Schmos had.
shareThe problem is that he's already figured out so much that at this point, there's really not much a payoff. He's already floated the possibility that everyone there is an actor, so the big reveal is going to be like "It's The Joe Schmo Show, everyone around you is an actor." "Oh, yeah, okay, thanks. I already guessed as much."
