We know that Skylar will be "voted" out next week. Neither she nor Allison was in the "commercial" that they filmed for Jake. They played it as Allison had a mental breakdown, but they didn't explain Skylar. Probably they filmed it after both had been eliminated.

They also screwed up the editing with the real bounty hunt when Lavernius and Allison were absent from the van (that's already been discussed on this board).

I know it's a fake show, but a little suspense would be nice.

Yeah, I firmly believe that things really didn't go the way the producers wanted them to go for many reasons, so the poor editing had to be done. One would assume Skylar is next.

It's not unusual for them to give stuff like that away. In the first season, promos clearly gave away when the Hutch was evicted and then coming back.

I agree that the editing has been remarkably bad this season.

I'm also of the opinion that things definitely did not go the way that the producers planned/wanted.

Another thing that points to that conclusion is the way that each episode/segment runs and the amount of repetition. The intro to the show is like 3-4 minutes long every show, then they generally will replay 3-4 minutes of previous footage to "set up" the next scene. If a ton of things happened, they wouldn't have to replay so much footage.

All of that points towards the fact that either not a lot happened, or that something definitely did not go the way the producers hoped for/planned initially.

I'll agree that the editing has not been very good this season on the whole, but this is not a conventional reality show and I don't think anybody is tuning in to see who gets eliminated.
