Question about season one dvd set

There are three discs in the set, and they are each in an individual case. In the first case, it says on the inside of the case that the first three episodes are on disc one. In the second case, it says that there are three episodes on disc two. And in the third case, it says the last two episodes are on disc three, along with bonus features.

But actually, there are four episodes on disc two, and only one episode on disc three (and bonus features.) A mistake like that made me wonder of it was a bootleg item. So for those of you that own season one, is that the same for you?

I bought season one at a used video store, and that store has been known to sell the occasional bootleg dvd. Supposedly they don't do it on purpose, though. I bought a bootleg from them once, and when I realized what it was, I called them and demanded a cash refund. The manager said okay, which is fortunate considering they only give store credit refunds, no exceptions.
