'Bizzaro-Kubrick'!
I just viewed the trailer and I have the following observation. Since the film deals with a Kubrick imposter - kinda like: Superman vs Bizzaro-Superman - wouldn't it be nice to spot Bizzaro-Kubrickian references?
The scene at what appears to be a mental hospital, the patients are chanting "I'm Stanley Kubrick", and this brings to mind the "I am Spartacus" chant from, well, Spartacus. But the point is that it is reminiscent of countless other scenes at mental hospitals where we see the obligatory patient claiming to be Napoleon.
I like to view this as a reference to the aborted "Napoleon" project the real Kubrick attempted to direct after "2001", but was canceled due to its projected huge cost.
