Who killed Kinky?

We are lead to believe that he died from and overdose, but then they make it pretty clear that he was murdered. Was it by one of Eddie Temple's goons, or was it the hobo Frankie?

I figured it was him, but they also said that the guy was "geezer". In the USA that usually means someone that is elderly, but maybe it is just a slang term used in the UK that I am unaware of.
