Just saw it and...

It was ok and not that bad of a movie of it's kind but Elisha Cuthbert's performance and nail biting scenes saved the movie from becoming a disaster for me. Of course, it's no oscar-worthy performance (not even close) but I thought she did excellent in this film and completely made the movie more decent. However, I thought Captivity wasn't better than the Hostel movies or even the Saw movies (maybe better than the first & third Saw) it didn't have as much intense or effective torture scenes. Captivity was a decent horror torture film (i don't considered this a "Torture Porn" film) and it's not a classic, masterpiece or whatever but it's pretty good.

I gave this one 6/10 mainly because of Cuthbert's performance (one of my favorite actresses and I love her alot) and some nail-biting scenes.
