what does the song mean that is played while the child monk ties stones?

there is a song played in background when the boy is tying stones to fish and frog and snake. which is that song and what does it mean?

Also is there any speciality for the two men drawn on the door to the lake? are they charecters from any Korean myth? does it imply any meaning?

Hey the name of the song is Jeonseon Arirang performed by Kim Young-im. Its beautiful isnt it? I dont know the meaning though.
