Seems kind'a pointless.
Also, why does she even feel the need to run away from people trying to kill her anyway? It's pretty obvious that in no way will the script writers allow her be injured, let alone killed. This movie was absolutley horrible and should never have been released.

All the opponents faced by Violet were not thinking humans but robots programmed with the AI of a bad FPS shooter from circa 1993.
Instead of charging at someone who is invulnerable to melee attacks and small arms fire, why not just chuck in 20 grenades into the room? Or tear gas? Or poison gas? Oh wait, no movie then.
I thought is was funny that Daxus thought 700 soldiers were going to protect him since at that point Violet had already mowed through 200-300 or so without taking any damage whatsoever. She didn't seem to get tired either at any point except in scenes where they have to show the disease is affecting her.

that's what they should have done with the film...then set the building that the room is located in on fire while demolition experts simultaneously implode it.

This is literally the reason i came to this board. Every guard either has a melee weapon (why?) or they just run at her while shooting. I guess everyone just gets stupider in the future while still using guns from the 1980s (but not the main character of course, she is using super mega future pistols that can teleport into her hands!).
Or they will all just kill each other, like in that one retarded scene.
I always wanted to give this movie a chance.... I'm unhappy that I did.
Hopefully all those widows got their husband's life insurance. Will someone think of the fatherless children.
