how hard would it have been for jane to get her job back?

i mean as long as she left her job on good terms with her boss, could she have at least explained it to them and asked for her job back?

yeah that sounds logical and all....BUT....she didnt give her two weeks. and she said while sitting at the table for dinner how great it felt. so im sure she made an ass of herself and didnt want to suck up her pride and attempt to go back.

With all the people that lost their job, her job was probably sucked up really fast.

And I guess from what we saw, she wasn't very good at her job anyway.

I thought the same thing. Another example--of oh so many (in movies, tv, etc in general)--of sacrificing logic to further the plot.

besides she really hated with all the complaining from the miserable customers
