does anyone know the name of the product Dick and Jane use while robbing the guy in the house?????

I think its a voice transformer.
I got one from Target and its basically the same one that Dick has. It comes with 3 settings normal, deep and high pitch, Dick had it on deep.

Actually, that was fake. The scary voice was voiced by a voice actor.
