I am a big fan of both Vince Vaughn and Reese Witherspoon so was looking forward to seeing this 'Christmas Comedy'. What a disappointment! Its rubbish, honestly do not go and see this film and waste 88 minutes of yours and your families time.

I don't know, I thought it was super cute. A nice and funny holiday comedy.

Great Christmas movie, very funny and entertaining, it was a bit short though.

I thought it was very funny. When Vince and Reese interacted onscreen, they had a very natural style and everything they did 'rang true' to me. One of the funniest scenes, for some reason, was the Nativity Scene. Reese Witherspoon really made me laugh with her distracted panicky depiction of Mary.

How can anyone identify with these 'characters'? This movie was hopeless from start to finish. A total embarrasment.

shareI went in thinking this would be like Fred Claus. I thought that was a great movie. But isaw this and I thought it was the worst movie of 2008. And I saw Twilight. I did not see Fireproof, however.

Me on the other hand, thought it was great! The performances were spot on! 9/10
Yes, crude and gross type humor probably aimed at 14 year-old boys. However, I cannot totally discard the fact that it had its moments of good humor. The cast it self are some of the best actors around. So, I did wonder why they agreed to make this movie?
Don't go in expecting very much and you might enjoy it. I gave it 7/10.
