Hello all. I just watched this movie today and noticed how the opening scene failed to show Anne Hathaway's face. I was wondering if anyone knows if this was done intentionally or whether there is a stand in for the shots of the graduation and the airplane.

A) Anne Hathaway couldn't be there those days so they had to use another girl.
or
B) They wanted to make it a surprise kinda
I'm a 15 year old hormone-crazed teenager and I'm proud! lol
I'm pretty sure it was just to build up the 'suspense' for her birthday entrance. I see no reason to think it was not Anne Hathaway in the beginning
