As much as I love the books and hated the first movie, the second one ROCKED! Ok yeah it's kind of cheesy and I'm almost 18 so I really shouldnt watch it anymore, but I'm in love with it. It's so romantic and Chris Pines character is banging in every way. I love Michael in the books but the actor who played him in the first one was kind of awful and fell flat. His acting didnt impress me. But I love the new guy! AAAHHHH NICK!!!!! And I love how they protray the grandma. P.S.: did anyone else think that security guy Lionel was Michael at first? He looks a lot like him with the hair and what not.

I'm almost 18 too and I feel exactly the same. Although, Mia is 21 in this, so I don't really see a problem with watching it. Actually, my mom is the one who turned it on tonight. So, obviously older people like it too. So, don't feel bad!

You're right about the security guy. I never thought about it before, but he does pose a resemblance to Michael.

Saying you should watch this because you're older is kind of like saying you shouldn't watch Pollyanna or the original Parent Trap because you're older. I watch them with my kids all the time.
